Just very upset at being bothered with a phone call when all I wanted to do was move. But they are there to help. Help me how? Extortion through extremely high tariff for my gas and electric. So glad I knew better than to get pushed into a contract I can't get out of. Atleast this expense will only hurt for a month (albeit on the run upto Christmas) not a year or more. A horrible job of an assistant , should be fired.

They set up wrong accounts then refused to help me sort it out. Terrible service
