Absolutely first class service from Dan at The Movie Rooms. During initial purchase (online), Dan was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. Amplifier was delivered quickly and on time. Fast forward several months and the Amplifier developed a hardware fault. The customer service I have received has been just about the best I have experienced anywhere. Amp was collected by courier at no cost to me and sent back to manufacturer. Due to the short period I have owned the unit, I was offered a replacement or the repaired item whichever was a faster solution & more suitable to me. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended, thank you again Dan.

After being recommended taking to Dan about the purchase of 2 subwoofers, I was given really good advice on which way to go. He was quick to reply to emails and gave me a nice discount. Despite the courier being to blame for a late delivery, he was very helpful and apologetic. It all goes to show he cares about his customers and will definitely be the first stop for my next AV purchase.
Can't recommend The Movie Rooms highly enough. After many years of purchasing AV equipment from this, that and the next person... Once I dealt with Dan, the rest is rest was history.. Very informative and honest about the kit they offer...
