Me and my company were charged a 350 as a security screening fee even though we never left the aircraft (just landed, and taxied back to the end of the runway for another departure). When I raised questions about it, I was told that the manager would look into it - but nothing happened. Weeks later I sent another email as a reminder, but still no response whatsoever. It's more than a month ago without communication with them, so I know where me and the biz-jet I operate will NOT turn up again!
