I sent dirt bike outer fork tubes to be type III anodized black on the inside and outside. This is a service that I usually use another company for for the cost of 80, with a turn around time of 3 weeks. J Lee assured me that he could do the same and turn them around within 2 days of receiving them. I was quoted 170, and was willing to try this company even though it was twice what I pay now, for the quick turn around. When I got them back, there were several large areas on the outside of the fork that were not anodized and NO anodizing done inside the fork. I was extremely unhappy with this and he assured me that if I sent them back that it would be done correctly. I had to miss half of my vacation (which I planned on taking my bike on). After they didn’t show back up halfway through the week, I decided to meet up with my family down south to at least get half of my vacation in with them. After returning from vacation, my fork tubes finally came back from their 2nd trip to quick turn anodizing. The spots on the outside that weren’t done before, are now black, but do not match the rest of the outside that was done the first time. Also, they still aren’t anodized on the inside. When I called J Lee, he said that he doesn’t think that they can do the inside. Even though he told me originally that he could. He asked me, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”? I responded with, “refund my ”. He immediately hung up on me!!! This workmanship is extremely poor along with customer service. These fork tubes are going to be over 500 to replace! I don’t even want to add up how much I had to spend to drive separately on my vacation along with missing half of it with my family. As you can see by my rating, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!

Absolutely stellar experience. I'm not sure the word quick is accurate enough to describe how fast they finished my part. If they were any faster, they would have had to anodize it BEFORE I sent it to them. Their work is top notch and my piece was returned to me in perfect condition. I can't say enough good things about my experience with quick turn anodizing. If I ever need anything else anodized, there's no question where I'll send it.
