Brilliant and courteous service every time. A few years ago I needed a personalised Christmas gift printed at quite short notice. I tried a number of printers in Edinburgh (including dropping in in-person to some to see if I'd have more success) and none of them were remotely interested. Got the feeling they were too busy with the pre-Christmas rush and couldn't be bothered with the 5 minutes it would have taken for a small one-off job. Prontaprint, who I'm sure were as busy as anyone else a few days before Christmas, answered the phone and basically said 'Sure, no problem, we'll have it ready ASAP' - which was music to my ears. And for a more than reasonable price too. I've gone back to them ever since and always get the same politeness, excellent product and speedy response.

Beware Prontaprint’s claim that they are “trusted to deliver every time”. We agreed a proof for 100 x 2-sided A6 postcards that bore no relation to the printed card. One side of our image was cut short by 4mm. Prontaprint told us the card was fit for purpose because they work within a margin of error of 6mm. No offer to reprint. No refund. Having chosen Prontaprint because we wanted to support a local business, we got a more reliable, cheaper service online.
My experience today was exactly like the experience another customer Caz A had 9 months ago-served by a woman who was very abrasive. I had much better experience with the gentlemen who work there before and that was why I kept going back. But today’s experience really put me off! The lady who served me (Fiona?) was incompetent. Rather than getting annoyed with herself for her incompetence, she got annoyed with me (her customer). Her incompetence plus her lack of customer focus successfully chased away her customer who lives in the neighborhood and who has been providing them with work in the past.
I reached out to Fiona and Gavin at Prontapint for some materials printed for an event of up to 60 people. They were both so helpful, delivered excellent service and the products they gave me were outstanding quality. They always responded so quickly to my emails or called me for any additional information. Fantastic service and a great final product. Thank you.
