I recently visited BMW Peter Vardy in search of a new car. I was deeply impressed with one of the sales team Jordan Moffat. His customer service and attention to detail was superb and made me feel very welcome. His car knowledge was exceptional. He is a clear valuable asset to the business. I will certainly be back to buy a car from him in the near future.
Had a great experience with one salesman named Jordan. He was very knowledgeable and knows BMW cars inside out. Decided not to go ahead just now due to the pandemic but will be back to see Jordan when I’m in a better position financially. Would recommend asking for Jordan if you’re looking to buy a BMW in Edinburgh.
I can't thank you all enough for your customer service. From booking in my BMW, the engineer who provided a video straight to my iPhone and the honesty of what needed to be done and what didn't. Add in the 5 Series Hybrid courtesy car and off course the most important part; coffee and cake! I live in Dunoon now, but am more than happy to travel to keep using Vardy, who in my experience are the standard the rest should try attain. 5 Stars easily.
As I’m sure most people have I spent a lot of lockdown looking at new cars and came across this dealership. Jordan was absolutely fantastic from the word go and sent me detailed videos on different cars until I found the car and deal perfect for me! The whole deal was completed in less than a week and despite everything being done online and through email was as simple and as hassle free as if I’d been sat in the dealership! The whole experience was fantastic and I can not thank, James, Craig and especially Jordan enough they really looked after me and could not have done more for me. I look forward to returning many times in the future and they are a real credit to bmw and Peter Vardy!
