In my opinion, the best place in Edinburgh, where you can eat super delicious, just You have to try this They have a large menu and great service, plus the chef and owner all tattoos make the best sushi in the world I recommend

If you think there is a better place than the Maki & Ramen you are wrong. Food is great, the team is made of superstars and the atmosphere is amazing. It's a shame I can just give 5 stars. They deserve more than that.

We had some really nice ramen. I do wish the birth was cooked for longer though - it was missing the thick meaty flavour that Ippudo in London has. The pumpkin karage and salmon nigiri were sublime. I highly recommend trying it out. The restaurant is incredibly small - but that adds to the Japanese vibe. :)

The best sushi takeaway currently available. Products are always very fresh, the portions are generous, and they always add something extra (like mochi or dumplings). I literally love Maki & Ramen. I almost literally cry tears of joy when I consume their delicious sushi. 6/5 stars for continuous excellence.

Ever since the closure of locally renowned Sushiya I've in search of top class Sushi / Ramen. I'm so pleased to have found this place; The preceding Google reviews set high expectations & the food certainly didn't disappoint! Amazing Sushi & Ramen with excellent service... Well worth a visit!
