I can’t recommend JDS Gardening enough. From initial contact to getting the job done, communication was prompt and clear. The team was punctual, personable, efficient, hard-working and didn’t mind sharing tips when asked. After more than a year of neglect, my garden was transformed beautifully and to a high standard. This firm gave me an appointment time for a survey of my garden however did not appear. I called the office who said Josh had been held up and would be an hour late. I asked why I had not been notified that Josh would be late and they could not give me answer. I was assured Josh would be with me within 30 minutes however he did not appear. An hour later I got a call from Josh claiming he was on his way to my property and his phone went dead and he did not know the address. I do not know how you can be on your way to a property and not know the address. Excuse lacked credibility. Two hours sat at home wasted.

We had a large tree stump in a grass area, Josh was able to quickly remove the stump and roots below ground level. He then tidied the area up leaving it looking fantastic. Have recommended JDS Gardening to friends and family, couldn’t recommend their services more.

Booked garden bin uplift for Saturday. Put bins out with cash in envelope under bin as requested, end of day 3 full bins, no envelope, no word from company. They eventually emailed whilst I was on phone to them, on Monday saying they hadn't uplifted because there was no money, and I would need to rebook. They could not care less, really disappointing
