Absolutely fantastic service from Install Oil. Having purchased a new fire pit, I needed a propane gas canister. I contacted Caroline at Install Oil and she advised me not to use the expensive canisters which the fire pit was set up for but to change the regulator so I could use the much cheaper canisters used in the trade. I did this and the new regulator, together with a canister, was delivered the next day and everything was fitted and set up for me. Couldn’t have been happier with the brilliant service from this company. The customer is definitely their focus and it shows in the care they take looking after people. I shall definitely be getting all my propane gas from them in the future.

I recently purchased a gas fire pit but wasn’t sure which cylinder would fit my regulator. I contacted Install Oil for a quote and received an immediate response from Stewart. The advice he gave us was to change the regulator in order to purchase a more reasonably priced cylinder. This was delivered the next day with no extra charge for deliver or changing over the regulator. I would highly recommend this company, great customer service and would definitely purchase again. With the Covid pandemic preventing meeting indoors, we wanted to get a gas heater for the garden to allow us to see people over the next 6 months. Unfortunately the rest of the UK seems to have thought of that before us and propane canisters are like hens teeth. Phoned Caroline Install Oil and got a canister (with no deposit!) delivered the next day. Brilliant service!!

Following purchasing a new BBQ I came here to get the gas cylinder. He was incredibly helpful, offering advice on options for gas cylinders that would work with my current regulator & advising that a new regulator would enable me to purchase a cheaper cylinder going forward. He also advised us on butane vs propane options including cost and temperature effects. We decided to switch to butane & he was able to provide a new regulator cheaply, and advise us how to safely fit it. Would thoroughly recommend for being honest, helpful & cheapest option!
