Thoroughly unprofessional and lazy. I've had various pronblems with this service over the years, mailnly laziness and failing to notify of mail arriving. as I've have had my business's registered office and mail here for some time. Recently, before the tax year, I popped in to collect mail but was met with an embarrassed look when I was handed over almost an entire year's worth of letters that had been sitting in a drawer. I had no notification of any kind. Invoices had not been forwarded on, inmportant documanets had noit been forwarded on, and so on. Never had so much as an. apology or explanation yet they'd taken payment from me for their \service\. If I could award -5 stars I would and I do not reccommend this company at all.
