I don't think they are not trustworthy reliable property agency !! I would not recommend Anyone who is going to Deal with them !!!

Really happy with the service provided by Graham and Sibbald, would highly recommend to anyone requiring residential or commercial property services!
Misses wet ceilings with rust marks from leaking tanks supposedly not in use, when in fact they are; and doesn't adjust property value relative to repair costs. Needs a new kitchen, bathroom and refurbished throughout? Just knock 1% off. Also re: valuations - they just look at sold prices nearby and base it on recent sale prices.. a flippin 12yo could do that.
I highly recommend this company, professional, the surveyors are always approachable. Get the job done and the turnaround for a home report is quick
