All dishes are very delicious and delicate. Enjoyed every single thing - from starter to main to each sides. The overall atmosphere is fine dining but cozy and comfortable with one little bay for each group. The pictures I uploaded do really justify!

My steakhouse of choice in Edinburgh was Miller & Carter, but that was untill I went to Gaucho in St Andres Square which is an Argentinian based restaurant. The steak was delicious, served quickly with excellent attention by the waiters. The restaurant is very well laid out and upmarket. Good social distancing with the waiters wearing facemasks. There is also wheelchair access.

Fabulous. I had a 500g Ribeye, cooked to absolute perfection. My wife enjoyed her mushroom pasta equally. Dessert and coffee were beautiful. Staff most helpful and attentive. Could not have had a better experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely recommending Gaucho on St Andrews Square! The ambient was really pleasant, not loud yet everyone was talking and having fun. Food was very delicious. And I would also love to add how well my husband and I were treated by the waitress Viola. She was so nice to us. Always took her time to check on us and even took a picture of us in the end. We didn't expect the surprise dessert and champagne they prepared for us, as we had anniversary. Bonus point for that. Overall very satisfied with the place! You really do take care of your customers. Definitely coming back!

all staff were very professional and incredibly helpful and caring. Drinks menu was extensive and very good. Food was pleasant. We received a small free dessert for it being our last night in Edinburgh before flying home which was a very special touch. Interior looks very good here too!
