Absolutely brilliant service from David. I gave him my budget and he gave me the 3 best machines for that price. I am extremely pleased I got in touch with him. So excited for my machine to arrive tomorrow so I can finish my big quilt the way I want to. Would highly recommend him. There can't be many businesses with customer service this good. David, Suzanne and Elizabeth are committed to helping out with any problem. Deliveries are very fast, backup in the case of a problem is instant. The support lasts as long as you have the machine. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my machines or accessories.
I spoke with Ann yesterday regarding purchasing a circle attachment for my Janome Atelier 7 machine which I purchased a few weeks ago during shielding from this Covid 19 . It was dispatched the same day and I received it free of charge this morning by post. After placing my order within a couple of minutes my phone rang and it was David thanking me for my order. I have had a few machines both embroidery and sewing from David in the past and always had the same exceptional service .If anyone is undecided about the purchase of a machine you cannot find any firm more reliable and helpful regardless of your budget. Even if you only want advice you still receive the same friendly service from all of the staff and there is never any pressure to buy. Thankyou for your wonderful shop.
