Used Craig Gordon Building services for work and at home. Repaired a leak under a floor, re plastered and decorated effected rooms under to a high standard, changed pipes, decorating services, repaired a boiler - you name it they can do it! Friendly and professional even when I'm throwing last minute jobs at them! Highly recommend.

The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of hiring. Left us without a working kitchen for over two months and half the work they did do has now had to be redone, leaving us more than 2000 out of pocket to rectify their mistakes. This would have been bad enough at the best of time, but I was also 4 months pregnant when they started, having to cook meals on a single hob in an upstairs bedroom. They damaged parts, which we then had to pay to replace, with no offer of reimbursing us from them. Among other things, the joinery is so shoddy that half the cabinets aren't in line, cover panels are badly measured and cut, most of the tiling needs to be taken off and redone and, worst of all, the plumber attached the waste pipes for the sink, washing machine and dishwasher to a small ventilation pipe that flowed right out into our garden. They left some of the cabinets spattered with coffee and BLOOD and, apart from the painter and decorator, no-one made any effort to clean up after themselves at any point. After a certain point we received little-to-no communication from Craig, despite our best efforts to maintain a decent working relationship. He couldn't even be bothered to email an apology when we eventually sacked him. Please take my advice and don't waste your time, money or sanity with this awful company.
Removal of a solid fuel back boiler, installing new lintel and finishing the builders opening. High quality work for a great price, considering all of the trades coordinated (plumbing, joinery, demolition, repair of brickwork, plastering).
Craig And his team replaced a corner WC and utilised the space very wisely in my Livingston home, The new square wc looks stunning and they tiled the floor and wall in 3 days time, Very very cheap compared to other tradesman,Craig fixed other nagging issues I mentioned, And built new Garden Decking all within the 3 days. Craig is a honest man and very experienced. I will recommend him, Craig and his team are awesome.
Found Craig Gordon building services in yell, rang the office and asked him about the chances of adding an en suite in one of the room, The space was already cramped with a combi boiler and so many pipes running in all direction, After looking at it Craig said\ Leave it with me\ and in the next 5 working days Plumber, Joiner, Tiler, Gas safety man all were there in my house and they moved the boiler to the attic and now can't see any pipes running inside my house, Ensuite ready and wall panels and the colour combination really looking stunning and the room now become my master bedroom with an ensuite, they painted the bedroom and suggested the layout and furniture for the bedroom. My wife and myself thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. Space wisely used by Craig and his experienced team. I would recommend his services without any hesitation. Thank you Craig for your amazing job.
