Exemplary service: When my laptop wouldn't start with the hard drive making a clicking sound I was strongly recommended to ECR. I then discovered that my back-up files were somehow corrupted. A truly sickening feeling. Graeme was calm competence itself; somehow he was able to retrieve all my files and data, fit a new hard drive, load and check my files and I was breathing again. Simple genius. Great value. Strongly recommended.
