Had contacted Capitol Glazing re a quote for some repairs after moving into my new flat and they were the only one out of three willing to oblige. The other two immediately stated my windows sounded like they would need replaced based on my description so weren’t even willing to come out. Due to COVID, Capitol stated they would come out once we moved into a lower tier which was appropriate. One of my windows fell out in the meantime but I managed to get it back in, however I was worried how safe they were owing to living in a top floor flat. I re-contacted Capitol to discuss and they gave me an appointment within a number of days. The two guys that came out were brilliant. They made the windows safe and spent 2.5 hours carrying out repairs to make them functional. I felt the amount they charged me was very reasonable based on the initial quote to repair one window. While I will need to replace my windows, Capitol removed the urgency. It’s very likely I’ll be going back to Capitol for this also. I’ve already asked them for a quote. I absolutely recommend this company.

This local company are excellent, they fitted a new pane of glass in one our old sash style windows, the glazier who came to do the work was very pleasant, did the job quickly and no mess left when he was finished, these are the kind of companies we need, I would thoroughly recommend them. Capital glazing despite staff shortages managed to come within 4 days to fix a large broken window at our property - they did an excellent job and left everything very tidy afterwards - very happy to recommend them
Great service needed wired safety glass, give them a call and picked glass after 15 minutes cut to size and ready to collect, great service
