The owner is without a doubt the most arrogant and flippant person I have ever come across in a newsagent. The lady in front of me was trying to pay a bill and when she asked a question she was met with sighs and “are you actually going to pay?”. The only saving graces are his unbelievably nice wife, the lovely older gentleman who works there, and all the young staff who (thankfully) don’t take after the owner. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
