I can wholeheartedly recommend Brendan Haddock Jewellers. Everyone I have spoken to and communicated with at this business has been extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. My treasured watch (out of action for several years) has arrived back in perfect working order today and looking like new. Brendan Haddock Jewellers did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would, for the price they quoted. Five stars.

A big thank you to Brendan Haddock Jewellers! I went in to ask about a watch repair a little nervous, knowing nothing about the pocket watch I’d brought in or the process for having it serviced. It belonged to my great-grandad, and I was having it serviced to surprise my mum. Brendan was very kind and patient, explaining what he thought was wrong with the watch and how much it would cost to fix. Estimate time was spot on, and I came back to a pocket watch probably in better condition than when my mum first got it! It looks beautiful, Brendan explained how to care for it, and left me with nothing but positive things to say. My only regret was not taking a before and after picture to show how good a job he did. Thank you, you’ve absolutely made my mum’s Christmas!
My 45 year old Tissot Seastar automatic has been out of action for some time & my 94 year old gold Longines dress watch (a wedding present from my late wife) was gaining at a ridiculous rate. BH Jewellers took both in in December and promised to do what ever it took to get both running. The watches arrived back 2 days ago and have been keeping perfect time. They arrived with a note explaining how to look after them (i.e. not water-proof, the automatic needs active wear for 10 hours etc.) The Tissot even had a new watch \glass\! The prices quoted were kept and they were beautifully packaged and returned by Special Delivery. 5 !

Recently engaged Brendan Haddock to assess some pieces of jewellery for a probate valuation. Brendan was very knowledgeable about the pieces and when he completed the valuation I was given a bound report which contained photos of the jewellery, detailed description and value for each piece together with a signed certificate giving the full valuation. These details were also provided on a cd. I also submitted a watch for repair which required a crown fitting. Brendan also gave the watch a full service. I received a text message when items were available for pick up. Delighted with the service I received and would like to praise Mr Haddock for his professionalism and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend
