Placed an order during lockdown, expecting to have to pay postage, but got the details wrong. My email to try to sort was answered promptly and professionally and my parcel was delivered by a young man on a bike, undeterred by about a foot of snow. Waited for over 40 minutes with my kids in queue, only allowing small (looks like 1 or 2)) number of people to enter shop at a time and people in for a long time, queue got down to two people in front but closing time was looming and so we left. Perhaps encourage fixed time in shop or allow more than two (everyones wearing masks) and give more info to those waiting outside. Ticketing system? Edit after reply from EAS: thank you for your thoughtful reply, yes I think it was a busy Saturday an hour before closing, I do appreciate the challenges for your team.
