First time visit was horrible. We waited over 2hrs to be seen. We were scheduled at 1pm and it was past 3:30 when we were finally done. What is the purpose of scheduling an appt if the dr comes when she pleases. I have never been to a dr who is so inpunctual as Dr. Linsangan. Very unprofessional and with no concern for the well being of her patients. Don't go to this dr if your child is sick.

Had appointment at 1:30 it was 4 and nothing. Lobby area air con wasn't working, restroom out of order, dirty place. we were notify Dr was on her way from hospital at 2:30. Rooms inside were very dirty. I walked away and scheduled with another specialist.
Waste of time never assisted 3 hours sitting place hasnt been cleaned period. Restrooms out of order staff is very unprofessional lady in the front looks like a drug addict her eyes falling down, if your child does not have a disease he or she will get it from there. Just saving you time try it see for yourself.
