This place doesn’t care about the paternity they only care about filling in the next time slot to get paid, staff is very rude I made them aware that we couldn’t make it to pick up orders and they insisted someone be there next day by 9:00 am to pick up or office would put someone else. I understand time is money but meet the patients half way offer some other way to get orders to the patients.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Dr. Villegas and his office are a nightmare. My father came in with three kidney stones, throwing up from the pain and they didn’t so much as look his way. When asked on a scale of 1-10 what was his pain level, my father answered “11” and they still did not care. Mind you, he came into the office already having his ct-scans, prescriptions, urine and blood work done, all the doctor had to do was look at them. He asked for water and they replied with “we don’t have any”!!! After waiting for over an hour, Dr. Villegas finally saw him only to tell him he could do nothing for him and told him to leave to the hospital. My mother had to carry him to the car because the nurse refused to help and said she was afraid he would fall. These people pay no regard to their patients nor do they care. All they care about is the next check to walk in the door. They don’t deserve the one star!!

The staff was friendly throughout the facility. Dr. Villegas was very professional and thoroughly explained the information that was needed. Highly recommended!!
