Been coming to Dr. Douglas for 4 years and been happy with the physicians and the staff but their wait time is way too long! I try to avoid appointments bc average wait time in the past 4 yrs were about an hour. I called on Saturday and was told about walk ins till 11. When we went with both kids after calling and were told they were too full and could not see anyone. We live 5 mins away.. so we decided to make an appointment. Today’s appointment time was 10:30 and still waiting for our appointment. Current time is 12:46. It’s lunch time and my kids are hungry and still waiting to be seen.. Its very unfortunate the wait time hinders all the great services provided...
Best place, I take all my kids here over 19yrs in this office and I still love it
