Great experience with Moreland. I walked in their office without an appointment and was greeted by all the staff members. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We arranged viewings the next day and options to review within the same evening. I recommend Moreland - thank you guys.

I used Moreland previously to rent and found their service extremely fast and very pleasant. All the agents could not have been more friendly, honest and helpful. Everything is well structured - I couldn't ask for more to be honest. I appreciate Moreland's staff efforts and would definitely recommend Moreland Estate Agents to anyone ! A big thank you to the team.
Unprofessional in their mannerisms, they say they will call you back and they don't. I was genuinely interested in a property and when I called to inquire about it, was told by a woman that I would get a call back later once she speaks to the landlord. Days later, I still got no call back. This is not the kind of customer service you expect from any establishment. If you want to be treated right go to any other estate agency where they will treat you professionally from the get-go. Update: This is a legitimate review and I merely recommended another estate agency so people wouldn't be fobbed off by this one but I removed the name as you can see so your suspicions are irrelevant and misplaced. Of course you have o record\, only a professional and high-standard company would admit to their faults to show clients that they bring excellent customer service to the table and that is simply not what this company is.
Rude staff and not helpful at all. There are better agencies in Edgware don't waste your time.
Moreland International is far the best agent i have dealt with. Vishal came out of working hours to have a look at my property. He came and told me all the right things I wanted to hear. Found his service very helpful; found the nicest tenants for my property. I would definitely recommended him to any one if they are looking to rent there property out.
