I was in desperate need of help after completing our loft conversion, we had to adjust our plans for the ground floor extension. I phoned Neil Thind at Arun Associates and within a day he put me in touch with his colleague Nick Bell. Nick was brilliant he helped with the Architect’s work, linked in with the Council and Structural Engineer and got it all sorted expeditiously. A brilliant, professional service that values their customers. Thanks to the whole team our work is is progress. Would definitely use again if required and recommend to others.
After reading all the positive feedback on Google Reviews, and making the payment in full of 1,116.00, we had the initial inspection of the property, however after chasing Arun Associates for a number of months, From Feb - Apr 2020, there is no movement on a final inspection. There have been excuses of Covid-19 etc, however, the lock down only started in March, and protective equipment can still be worn to ensure safety. Unfortunately, I'm out of pocket, and without any solution. I would advise people consider working with this company carefully, and avoid if possible.
