I’ve been having a month long issue with the Kidlington branch and my car. After being told there was nothing wrong with my car by the mechanic a day later on Christmas Day my car was no longer useable due to an engine issue. As a key worker I was in great need of transport over the Christmas period but due to the incompetence of the mechanic or the lie of the service team I was told to drive away with an obviously faulty car before they shut for the Christmas period. When they reopened I had minimal contact with the service team and had to fight to get a courtesy car, they provided very little update of the status of my car and even when my car was ready they failed to contact me to tell me this. This resulted in a very awkward conversation between myself and hire car company as to the whereabouts of their car. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is because the sales team Jay and Brad were top notch when I purchased the car but not even a year on I have been let down and infuriated continuously by the service side. If I could I would return the car and look else where as I have minimal confidence in the car and the Kidlington branch.

Average. I went for a \free\ visual exam at their instigation. It noted a fault I was aware of but to identify it would cost 89. To fix the fault once identified would have cost 189. The fault is a sensor associated with the accelerator. I think the whole \free\ idea is a bit of creative employment. I will find another garage.

I’m a key worker trying to get hold of a part for my Vauxhall as it’s leaking coolant excessively. I’ve been calling the parts department for the past week and no one has answered my call. I’ve tried to go through a different department to see why no one is picking up my call, they told me to that I needed to just hold. After holding for nearly 20mins I hung up. The customer service is just completely horrible.
