Loads of hidden charges, work with paper and make you sign wired documents. The staff push more water bottles on you without telling you your monthly cost like triples. Disgraceful practices.

Does not deliver water on time, water bottle leaks alot. Hidden charges. When I found out about this they gave alot of bottle without tell me the cost. 1 star poor
Finished contract back in December 2019, still chasing refund on bottles, they have eventually raised the credit note, now chasing for the actual refund to be put on card, poor service, would NOT recommend, hidden charges never end, cancellation charges, bottle charges overall, Nighmare, you will regret using
Very bad company, always late and a lot of hidden charges! The most expensive water
We used Eden Springs for about 3 months. They never delivered water on time in those 3 months. Be prepared to wait for between 2 - 5 weeks for a simple delivery of 3 water bottles. Meanwhile, you will be paying for a water cooler rental that you have no way of using. Calling and beging the call centre doesn't help 1 bit either. Avoid!
