Disastrously bad products! We bought a Jim garden house with slide on the Brico website. It was supposed to be a gift from Sinterklaas. It was a disaster. 1) not only screws but also entire pieces were missing ! we were not able to finish it for Sinterklaas day and the kids did not get their present. 2) the assembly instructions were made with a bad photocopy machine, impossible to see the picture, and worse, they were incorrect (said \stairs are pre-assembled\ - they were not; said \doors are pre-assembled\ -they were not). 3) the entire product in very low quality: the wood splinters, the roof covering rips easily, ... 4) the whole thing was badly conceived: many screws are the wrong lenght for their application ! (for example, fix 3.5cm-thick structural wood bars together with a 5cm-long screw... no way it will hold ! and some screws are longer than the wood panels thickness so they come out the other side...) We will seek a reimbursement or compensation. The entire experience has been enraging.

Een aantal dagen geleden heb ik een speelhuisje Louise besteld. Op internet stond een levertijd aangegeven van 3 tot 7 werkdagen, echter had ik het huisje na 2 dagen al binnen! Het huisje was eenvoudig in elkaar te zetten! (zelfs voor een leek als ik) Al met al top service en mijn neefje is er erg blij mee!
Van de week heb ik een speeltoestel besteld bij Swingking. Het was snel in huis & makkelijk te monteren. De kids zijn helemaal gelukkig! Toppie
Vorige week heb ik een speeltoestel en wat extra accessoires besteld van dit merk en het was 3 dagen later in huis. Eenvoudig in elkaar te zetten en helemaal compleet. Mijn kinderen gaan er veel plezier van hebben komende zomer.
