I ordered several bottles of wine for an extended weekend getaway in a holiday park near Hoge Veluwe. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and therefore wanted to order a nicer selection of wines than what would be available at the supermarket. The quality of the wine itself was fantastic, but what stood out even more was the outstanding level of customer service! There was a miscommunication about the delivery date but after a quick phone call to clear up the confusion, the team at Heeren van de Wijn hand-delivered our order right away. I was very pleasantly surprised, as I'd been bracing myself for the standard "It's not possible, sorry" response given with a tone of complete indifference. Other companies in the Netherlands could learn a lot from Heeren van de Wijn in terms of building loyalty with customers and treating them with compassion and respect. I felt very taken care of and will absolutely order from them again! Thank you for going above and beyond and saving our anniversary weekend :)

Teleurgesteld. Na een leuk pakket met 6 verschillende wijnen uitgekozen te hebben in wat op de site nota bene de categorie 'kerstgeschenken' heet, mocht ik deze afhalen bij de groothandel in Ede. Maar tot onze verbazing was er van enige vorm van geschenkverpakking absoluut geen sprake. De 6 wijnen waren in een willekeurige doos gedaan, en daar moesten we het maar mee doen. Niet zo leuk geven natuurlijk.. Jammer.
