It was the most frustrating and unpleasant experience I have ever had in Netherlands. I brought my son when he was 4 to this academy for a trial lesson. It was autumn 2020. First lesson went great. He was exited to go again. Ok, I bought subscription and payed 3 months in advance ( all in cash). Miracle but they don’t have pin in 2020. Result- my son did not wanna go there after 2 lesson. He said he is afraid of the teacher and kids were teasing him. I have tried to talk to the teacher. She said everything was alright. Nothing like this happened. Advice what I got from teacher - push your kids harder, he is lazy. Lockdown- lessons outside on parking lot during winter for little kids. If you don’t come - your problem. You still been charged. No communication- if I actually want to have this half service. Ok, difficult time, I understand. But they ignored my emails about stopping my subscription for 2 months. And at the end they told me that they did not received my cancellation emails and it’s my problem and my subscription will be canceled in 2 months. Even so I sent them all the proofs that I have contacted them. So my experience with this company- they do not give a F....... about clients. Especially kids. Just pumping up money. So I would not advise to bring there your children. Like I said earlier most horrible experience I have ever had in this country. Это был самый отвратительный опыт с Нидерландским сервисом. Этой компании абсолютности все равно, как ваш ребёнок себя чувствует на уроке. Комфортно ли ему или нет. Им интересны только деньги. Все остальное побоку. И ещё пристыдят вас что вы мама наседка и ваш сын лентяй. Поберегите своих детей.

Als je hier binnenstapt, voel je de betrokkenheid en alles ademt budo en martial arts. Heel breed aanbod en alleen maar vakkundige en sympathieke docenten. Leuke, gevarieerde groepen met echt voor ieder wat wils.
