Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood Columbus

We went here for my birthday, the service was great... the oyster Rockefeller was to die for. We ordered the bison with lobster mash and Brussels sprouts the first time our order came out the steaks were over cooked and charred but the manager Amanda came out and made it right. The second round was PHENOMENAL cooked to perfection amazing seasoning. And they gave a carrot cake to go. Would definitely go back for the ambiance and oysters...

Delicious! Went here for our Valentines dinner and it was fantastic! Beautiful decor and amazing food. Plus the staff there was always nice, quick and Covid compliant. We had their raw oysters to start which were beyond perfect, their white berry martini was so crisp and fresh, the filets melted in your mouth and cooked perfect, the cheesecake was dense and creamy. Can’t say enough good things will be back without a doubt!

If I could give more stars I would. I always hit this spot up on special occasions and durning restaurant week. This visit was durning the 2021 winter restaurant week. 4 courses for 40.00 bucks. Steak grade A talk about melt in your mouth. The ranch dressing at this place is the best I’ve ever had. Love the corn & crab bisque soup and the bread. I always order extra items not on the restaurant week menu that is how these restaurants have to make money when giving these types of deals. I ordered the Brussel sprouts and they were next level. There was no need for salt and pepper on the table everything was seasoned perfectly. Remember folks when going durning restaurant week or anytime you go out and have great service especially durning the pandemic over tip your server. I’ve never had a bad experience at Eddie Merlots. Sorry pics are a little skimpy we started eating and forgot about taking pics.

The wait staff was very professional and accommodating. The quality was very good. I ordered the meatloaf dinner. The dark gravy was very sweet. I like a more savory and beef flavor. A vegetable would be better than the skimpy onion shavings. Overall a very comfortable atmosphere.
