Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood Ashburn

The dining room was set to allow for social distancing. We made reservations well in advance because it was during the Valentines weekend. We enjoyed the surf and turf for two. I was also celebrating my birthday as well. The food was cooked well and everything we had was delicious. I would definitely recommend the sweet potatoes.. The dining experience was leisure. We had a wonderful time.

The food, ambiance and staff are really topnotch. The steaks are cooked perfectly and the flavors...just wow. The cocktails are very unique and tasty. This awesome restaurant is in a newer shopping complex with quite a few stores, restaurants and an Alamo Draft House theater. Great place to spend a snow day in the DC area. Thanks!

The steaks were very well seasoned and the brussel sprouts were great. However, the mashed potatoes lacked some flavor. Service was impeccable as always.

We were visiting relatives in Virginia and decided to try this restaurant. Wow! Wow! Wow! The food is the best. The ambiance is the most elegant, off the charts, phenomenal. The wait staff are pros, exceptionally knowledgeable about their menu and wine cellar. They are precise in pacing and timing. Exceptional in every aspect. Quality is long remembered after the price is forgotten. Can’t remember a better dining experience.
