A lovely bar that we just happened upon while exploring the town. Very friendly staff. A very eclectic menu that was pretty tasty. They were out of my normal hefeweizen and I was happily introduced to my new most favorite beer Affligem Blond. It's amazing. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Very nice! The service was a bit slow but there are some tables outside and the place inside is nice, a typical pub! We had a plate of cheese and a salted dutch pancake, we couldn't order anything fried because it was afternoon. Young people inside!
Awesome place to enjoy local beer with very friendly atmosphere! The barman was very kind, and the locals on the bar were pretty great, made me feel welcomed since the first moment. My phone was dying when i got there and I didn’t have my charger on me, so the barman recommended the public battery charger they have there ( very powerful by the way). Totally recommend that place to enjoy a very fun night out!
A classic bar with good selection of drinks and surrounded by friendly locals. Staff is quick with service. Do NOT order any food though! It's a joke among the locals as to how bad it is. Just go to the snackbar across the street or one of the finer restaurants in the same area.
Stonefaced barmaid immediately gave us the feeling we're not welcome here. First she had no calamaris for my girlfriend. When ordering a beer instead suddenly she had also calamaris for her. I got a mixed cheese plate and fries looking like from McDonald's. Quite OK for this quality but surprising when you're used to really good fries during our road trip through the fries countries France, Belgium & the Netherlands.
