Really loved the trekkers hut, clean and comfy and the playground/ swimming area that the huts face onto is excellent for the kids. Excellent value for money and a great location- We will be back!

Lovely site - called in unannounced and got a pitch. Great restaurant on site, access to the lake to swim in....clean facilities. Gentle 20 minute walk into Edam too. Very nice.

Owned by a very friendly couple, clean sanitary facilities, friendly "neighbourhood" all around the campsite. 30 mins by foot to city centre of nearby beautiful Edam. Perfect for a 1-3 nights stay in a tent or longer stays in a caravan (or similar)

Brilliant campsite, a short cycle along the canal to the town. You can order bread from reception. There's a brilliant restaurant attached, if you like ribs OMG they were amazing. There's a swimming area with a slide and just outside there's the harbour. If you are there on a Wednesday do go see the cheese market ceremony that starts from the tourist information centre. I would have given a 5* review but I resent paying on top for showers. Include a token for each night.

Nice grassy pits. Beautifully placed by the Sea. Beach with shells (instead of sand). There is a kitchen in one end, but we didn't use it. No pool. The sanitary is clean, but there is no privacy. A cosy restaurant/café just beside the campsite

Nice camping at the lakefront. Great for kids. Historical center of Edam is close.
