Dreadful and incredibly unprofessional. Could not possibly recommend, not ever. Have been chasing a re-tube on a sunbed for 4 weeks now. Call backs were promised every day but never received. No apology for the fact that WE have to constantly chase them. Was originally promised the work would be done \sooner than our usual 3 weeks because you are a priority\. Utter nonsense! Still chasing daily after 4 weeks and given nothing but false promises and excuses. I even spoke to the Marketing Director (over a week ago) and explained the problems at length, and was told to ring him back if the problem was not resolved. Unsurprisingly it wasn't, so I called him back and he didn't even recall the conversation. We were going to retube another bed with them but had no faith in them. We called another company who expertly fitted new tubes 2 working days after our enquiry.

Love love love this company brilliant service lovely staff cannot fault them they made everything easy gave me loads of advice on opening my new salon what a team Shirley Peter Mel Elle the lads that came and installed the beds were quick and efficient and lovely Chris and Rob and the rest of the lads oh and the beds are amazing thank you all I would definitely recommend x
Sold me sunbeds charged me well over the odds 1 didn't work took over 3 months to come out and said we will buy them back if we close but didn't lost 6k

I would never ever reccomend this company. I wouldn't even give them 1 star! I hired a bed that didnt even work - didnt get hot, acrylic on bed was completely scratched and it ended up being about 10 yrs old!! When I asked for a better bed they refused and just told me they would end the contract. The blokes who came out to remove the bed have totally ruined my stairs whilst getting it down but had no problem getting it up there, ruined them so much that I'm having to sand it all and re paint them! Absolute nightmare of a company!
