At Chobham Services. A large bank of chargers, at the far side of the car park after you enter, in a long line in the last row before the large lorry park. On entering the car park, drive down to the front of the service station building, turn right and go along to the end- they’ll be in the last road on your right. All working whenever I’ve been there, but they seem to be very prone to people pressing the emergency stop buttons. I always reset any whilst I’m waiting at Ecotricity chargers anywhere as most people don’t seem to try - the instructions are usually on the screen - turn stop button 1/4 turn clockwise and pull out, then select the button next to ‘recover’. It helps if you have little fingers, but I don’t! Rarely seen anyone else there, and never ICEd. Very safe due to the constant stream of lorry drivers walking by, and the police parking space next to them which is usually occupied by a police car.
