Blair and the team was great at the start. They gave a good consultation and booked installation in promptly. There was a small issue with the installation so I tried to get in contact. But I was not able to get in contact with anyone at the office or on the field. I had to email multiple times to get any reply. And when I did get a reply. It was a very rude "wait your turn" and "you should be grateful that we are even doing this for you". I have never heard someone say this to a customer when I am trying to get the job done properly and get the payment to them. So overall, good installation but very poor and rude communication. Update: it was not our intention to jump the queue. There are more polite ways of saying that you are busy. What we wanted was clear communication. We were unable to confirm details of the appointment to rectify the small installation error of our draft stopper and to rectify our invoice. It's surprising that we weren't able to get any replies to our emails, calls or texts for over a week but our Google review got such a swift reply.

Excellent job! We had underfloor insulation done in our 1920's home with limited crawl space and we can feel the difference already! Blair and his guys were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. They even audit all their own work for quality assurance. Punctual, reliable and not your typical cowboys. Awesome job carried out by the team. From first contact to the final inspection. Blair and his team were professional throughout. Had underfloor and ceiling insulation done as well as replacing all the light with Led light bulbs and downlights. Great solutions provided for the lighting. Competitive price and would definitely recommend to others.
Blair came out to look out our ventilation system as the bathroom vent was blowing out insulation, he quickly and efficiently went into our roof cavity and clipped our ducting back into the vents, and charged us nothing!!!! he was very polite and had good sense of humour, highly recommend!!
