Bought an ecig from this store only lasted 3 months and the charging point stopped working.....asked if I could exchange only to be told no I'd have to buy a new one. When you buy a brand new product you expect it to last longer than 3 months 32.99 might not be a lot of money to most people but it is to me. Appalling customer service!!!!! UPDATE Problem eventually sorted the very nice lady at the worsbourgh store exchanged my ecig for a brand new one.....thankyou ecloud.

Excellent range of vape products. Very friendly staff. Was served by Rachel who was very knowledgeable regarding which vape mod would. I was shown a Wismec and was told how robust they are. Best mod i've bought yet.
