Having used the Washington site for years, with great service, I was most upset with my recent visit. My arc mini was not charging, I asked the female staff member to check charger, she said it was fine and that I needed a new battery. 40 later, my new arc mini was still not charging. Returned today and it was in fact the charger at fault so didn’t need a new arc mini after all. I was told they could do nothing so I’m now 40 down! I was told my old one was “probably dying” yet it was working fine when the charger worked!! I stressed I’m not a heavy user, had the mini arc for less than one year, but still no support from them. Very disappointed and will not return.
