Used this firm before years ago to fit our front garden fence, very happy with their service then. One panel damaged in the recent winds, so got them to come around to fit some new ones. Whilst fitting one panel, they've damaged one of the existing concrete posts and refuse to fix the damage they've done. They also took payment and left without telling me about the damage, my neighbour spotted it. Very poor service, AVOID. Edit: Perhaps I should have realised something was wrong when I saw one of them stood on the garden wall trying to boot the panel into position. I'd be prepared to make some small contribution to any cost, but as they refuse to talk to me, I'll get a different firm in to fix their mess. Clearly they don't seem bothered about their reputation.
