Avoid like the plague. Bought an e bike for over 5 k. Jumped on the bike, rode 10 m before pedal fell off as they had cross threaded it. I was told I'd have to bring whole bike back (1hr) journey, leave it there for 2 weeks then they would possibly get the part. What a joke. Would prefer to give no stars

Bought a brand new ebike from them, after a weeks the charger failed. Called them to get a replacement.. Was told it would take weeks to get another and I'd have to leave bike with them for weeks! I put a voltmeter on charger so I knew it was te problem but they didn't want to accept it. Unfortunately they're just not up to standard.. I ordered my own charger that arrived in 2 days elsewhere. Avoid d
