Ordered the Tantamen and the ingredients were fresh but the broth tasted like peanut butter. You are suppose to use sesame paste and not peanut butter. Could be more authentic.

Really very very good. There are plenty of Asian restaurants in the area but I truly found this one amazing. Food was absolutely fantastic, full of flavour and felt authentic too. Staff very nice. Seating outside and inside.
An excellent Japanese noodle bar with classic noodle and rice dishes, and tasty ravioli and other starters. Some indoor seating at table or at the bar, and some tables outside too. A Selection of good Japanese beers and sake. Very friendly staff.
Very nice restaurant for ramen lovers. When you see a real Japanese chef, you know it will be good.
Quite disappointed since it’s a restaurant ran by Japanese people. The Chashumen was very salty and lacking of broth. The matcha cake didn’t have a strong matcha taste, the flavour was dominated by the grapefruit jelly.
Dishes are big and tasty. Service is fast and efficient.
Great authentic Japanese ramen restaurant, the best in Bordeaux. No taste adaptation/dilution, straight from the chef's heart and made with amour! Very warm & friendly staff. Easily downing two bowls in one run, on top of some signature sides that can't be found elsewhere :)
