Very helpful lady on the the front desk. Given the shortfalls in government funding the police do an excellent job and don’t get the respect they deserve.
I have contacted the police a few times, sadly EV station is only normal working hours closed evenings and weekends, not sure where the 5 million a year they get from beanau gwent’s council tax goes but never see them and won’t deal with crime that gets reported only give case numbers.
every officer i have come into contact with from this station have been excellent!
Terrible service! I have notified them about the parking where i work and nothing is ever done.... when i finally had a reply it was a barrage of verbal abuse who did not appreciate me calling the service we received terrible.... which it was!! Just gutted i didn't take her name and number as i would have taken it further! And the only reason im giving them 1 star is because theres no option for 0 stars!
