Durbans is a throwback to a time before Internet and reviews took over. I've been coming for 16 years. I've had shoes repaired for the whole family there. I've had my Osprey rucksacks repaired there, keys cut locks replaced. That alone deserves 5 stars. But with the owner being out of action through injury he still finds time to walk you through changing the lock on a front door. I have never received anything close to that level of service. I'm forever grateful. Thank you.

What an absolute gem of a shop, an online service with a face to face feel. After ordering the wrong size boot, dewi's recommendation of another product has been gratefully appreciated. I will be ordering some more boots for the rest of the family . Keep up the good work
