Most of the staff are good especially the bin guys, and the polite ladies on the call centre phones etc. But we pay highest Council tax in the UK for one of the worst services. Won't send someone to look at street lights on all the time because \it's cheaper to leave them running than send an operative to fix\ and why oh why are council builds that are empty such as Leisure centres and Libraries still being heated, must be costing a fortune, oh it doesn't matter not their money is it.

If I could give no stars I would. You have made it as difficult ad possible for people to visit the civic amenities site. Go online try and book an appointment to visit doesn't work Try and book and pay for a bulky item to be collected doesn't work. We pay high council tax in Blaenau Gwent for an appalling service. I have never agreed with fly tipping but I can understand why people do it
Tried to make a booking for a tip in blenau Gwent. It supposed to be opened normally. I tried using phone with three different browsers and I tried using computer. Site will not let me choose a date. There are no dates at all! You can't book a trip there! It's not possible at all! Who approves that system? Some undergraduate student, cousin of a family of something probably made it for five millions, few guys pocketed the money and nothing is working!rubbish!
Me and my husband live and pay all taxes here. Bleaneu gwent Council blocked my husband and he doesn't have access to council website we can't check when they are taking garbage or other important things. I can't understand why they blocked my husband, he didn't do anything other than leave negative feedback because they didn't take the garbage from us many times. If negative feedback is a a reason for blocking , I ask where the professionalism is. I am very unsatisfied. We pay taxes and have the right to access the Bleaneu Gwent Council's website.
