Staff are all great. Special praise goes to Bryony in the cafe! Very well-mannered and friendly. Pizza we had was better than Pizza Hut and Domino’s!

Never ever ever will I have breakfast here again, paper plates and plastic cutlery! Staff totally ignored what I asked for. Had breakfast at many supermarket cafés before including other branches of Asda. Shame really as the food itself wasn't so bad except the unidentifiable pink bits on my egg white.

Good place to shop. Friendly helpful staff nothing to much trouble for them.

Good range of products in general although there is very little for teenage boys and men in the George section. The staff are very nice, however the car park is generally chaotic (mainly caused by the ridiculous placing of the zebra crossing) and I always have to search for a basket when I shop there. Also, gangs of potty mouthed teenagers hang around the store entrance and use the car park as a skate park/cycle track and nothing seems to be done about it by Asda security staff or the local police. I’ve never eaten in the cafe but my son went with my parents during the “Eat Out To Help Out” promotion and told me that they were given plastic cutlery with which to eat jacket potatoes.... And finally, I realise that Asda is part of Walmart but is it really necessary for the self service tills to have an American voice advising shoppers to take their goods? It’s bad enough hearing this umpteen times when you’re going as quickly as you can but to hear it in a Disney-esque lilt is really irritating.
