I have been using Design Air for 10 years for my Heating and Air Conditioning. When an issue came up with my shower and i needed a plumber I thought I would give them a call. I could not be more pleased. Jack was terrific. He is very professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and neat. He took the time to explain the issue and provided me with several solutions. He was able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely call again if faced with a plumbing issue.

EB DesignAir installed a new heat pump in my 1950s ranch house, adding duct work to the attic and installing ceiling vents. They worked closely with me to explain the options, layout and work schedule, even the details of adding vents to my all wood living room ceiling. I am extremely pleased with the final result and the quiet, yet powerful, new system.
Ryan came after hours, as we requested, to give us an estimate for a whole house generator. He explained the installation process and the current backup in obtaining a generator. He explained the requirements for placement of the unit and recommended an appropriate spot that would allow proper ventilation. Ryan was very professional and answered all our questions clearly regarding what would need to be done, time frames and permits involved, and a rough estimate of cost. He will send an estimate next week due to the New Year’s holiday.
Service for my fireplace was excellent. Not only was Jack on time but was considerate and extremely neat. Fine job thank you. I didn't realize the fireplace end of the business was connected to heating and plumbing until he pulled up though. Good to know and will absolutely have them back for other projects.
