Love this Satay. The sauce is already added to the satay vs giving separate for dipping. It's a bit spicy and coconuty. Delicious!

Remember this type of satay is called 'batu maung satay'. Unlike the regular satay with peanut gravy, this satay is marinated with special sauce, blend of lemongrass, onions, tumeric and chilli is sauted and cooked until fragrant. When the satay is being cooked, it's coated with more sauce and no additional gravy is required when serve. As you take a bite, you can taste the satay is so juicy and so flavourful.
Authentic local kueh (pastries). Curry chicken w yellow glutinous rice is super yummy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The boss even offered samples for us to try. Will surely visit again.
