The decor of the place led itself to be somewhere lovely and upmarket to have breakfast and coffee. After getting my hopes up about the food, I felt very disappointed. The sausage butty was 5, and with it came very thin pre-sliced bread and Richmond sausages... Just using thick crusty bread would make such a difference! I wouldn't recommend eating there, even if it does look like a lovely place to go from the outside.

Cosy cafe; bright with large windows to watch the world go by. Coffees were nice. Very conveniently located between the train station and the main sights. Looked like they did nice hot food, cakes and pastries too and saw other tables ordering these but didn’t try them. They also had a selection of local newspapers.

Lovely little place and friendly service. Great coffee, unfortunately accompanied by a very stale croissant which rather spoiled the experience. Having only paid half-price for the privilege due to Rishi's discounts I don't know if this was to be expected, but I'd prefer to pay full-price for a fresh pastry with my coffee. Will come back when the discount season is over to see if it makes a difference

Great atmosphere with a stunning choice of food and drinks. I am looking forward to your reopening and having a sit-in with cake and tea.

We had never tried Eat, Drink and Be before so wanted to give it a go one Sunday brunch. The cafe area is bigger than expected and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food on display was fresh and looked amazing and an open kitchen is a plus as I'm always interested to see how the food is prepared. The staff were friendly if a little inattentive at times but it was very busy so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Food arrived within a reasonable amount of time and was to a good standard. We'll be back but on a quieter day maybe!
