Great service, the driver and pump operator were really helpful, would defo use again
The driver had blocked the road and raised his voice at the neighbours when they asked him if he could stop pouring and move to the side so that they could pass through. When I asked if he could do the same to provide access to the neighbours, he said that he will not be responsible for anything that gets poured out onto the road. He was a pleasant chap to us and the crew but it was not right to raise his voice to the neighbours. He should have also parked properly on the onset. I found out that he had just joined the company and my guess is that he wanted to get the job done quickly considering it was a last minute assignment because the company had mixed up the dates. in all the past deliveries including concrete mix, this issue has never been a problem because drivers park properly on the onset. Managing a building site, building works, structural engineers, pilling, family life, etc is already stressful enough. Neighbours are also needing to put up with the noise and inconvenience of a blocked road and unfortunately I have to take the brunt of it. My suggestion would be that Easy Mix provides a rule of thumb in its training course that politeness and courtesy reflects professionalism. In addition to that, complaints on rudeness will be investigated into seriously. The next driver who came was a complete contrast. Like all other concrete mix or grab trucks, he courteously parked to ensure he wasn't going to block anyone. Speaking of being late, Easy Mix had mixed up the dates. They did rectify it immediately but it was about a 2 hour wait for the first truck then about 3 hours for the next truck. Easy Mix was hired by the piling company and not me.
Really great company! Had to cancel our order yesterday due to the weather and they were so understanding and helpful, we re arranged for today and they have just finished up. Left the place very clean and tidy and a very friendly driver he was very patient with our children who were very interested in the whole process which was a really nice touch Will order again in the future if we ever need more concrete thanks again for all your help
The communication was excellent and making the booking was easy. Quick service would highly recommend.
