The workmanship is poor and the redressal mechanism is even worse. I had contacted these guys regarding an issue related to the workmanship and I was told they'll get back to me in 20 minutes. One week later, in spite of follow ups, there is no progress. Best to stay away.

I had an extremely poor experience with this company. I just shifted to Chennai and wanted some handyman work done. These charges huge amount of money for doing some small work. They also said unless the money is paid they wont start the work. Further when I spoke to their office guy he also spoke very rudely and did not provide any discount for the work. I don’t know how these companies still do business in spite of such poor work. I would not at all recommend anyone to use their services. These type of co panties should be black listed in google and they should not appear in any searches in google...

They claim to do the small work of door knob change as well but, the carpenters understand the work and get unresponsive. either he doesnt know how to open screws or he must be looking for bigger invoicing work.

Worst service ever. AC installation guy came, charged 5k saying the pipes need to be changed and did a worst job of making loose connections to compressor and making the whole gas leak. I hade to call UrbanClap to fix that which did fantastic job. Also, these guys would not care if the job is completed or not, didn't ask for OTP and went ahead with closing the case on their own.

Honest review from a customer who have availed there services. My advice- do not book these guys at any cost. They were booked by Pikkol for moving my AC. Let me tell you- do not trust or believe anything the technician says. One technician came for uninstalling and reinstalling the AC. He charged me around 20K for pipe and re-installation and correcting the issues with the AC. The fellow didn’t close/lock the gas pipe while shifting and I had to pay more to get it fixed. All my gas leaked. Worst service and don’t fall prey to these guys. I have now spent more that 30K (Price of a new AC)!! There is a limit to cheat customers.

These guys do not repair anything, they are in the business of giving leads to small vendors who spoil your things further. I gave my panasonic 3D tv for pannel replacement during lockdown and got it back afterwafter 3 weeks not repaired and screws missing. The vendor they gave me was repair wale. The responsible person from Easyrepair, was not in town and didn't assist, rather expected me to follow up with their vendor and if needed go to their shop. If this is the service they provide I don't know how long their services are going to be in the market.
